Any feedback on the show is very welcome - what did you like? What didn't you like? How can we improve? What would you like to see at the next show?
Many thanks to everyone that attended whether you arrived by air or by road or took part in the flying display - thanks for your support. Also, to the few companies that
sponsored us with a little cash or with other means and to the craft and other stall holders that supported us - Thank You. The weather was better than in 2008, but it was a bit windy; the Lancaster and Spitfire and the RF4 were affected by crosswinds at their home bases and thus not able to get airborne. However,
the amount of money raised this year was a record and we hope to see you all again in 2010 and maybe - yes, maybe - we'll be able to beat this year's record amount!

Hi
Many Many thanks to thoes of you who supported us this year at LG.
We have never seen so many people at the event and the money raised on the day was a eye opener.. I work on the event for about 10 months along with other collegues to make the event work, it isnt easy I can assure you and we are all volunteers.
Now the Greatest News is that on FRIDAY 20TH NOVEMBER 2009 we will be handing a cheque over to the BBC CHILDREN IN NEED APPEAL for just over £32,000.00 pounds.
You can also add 29TH AUGUST 2010 TO YOUR DIARY when we hope to see you all again. There are no plans to increase the Gate Entry from this year.

Our family had a great afternoon. Has using Gift Aid for admissions been considered as could easily raise significantly more for 'Children in Need'?

A shame the weather messed up the flying schedules but a great show nevertheless. Thanks to all performers and here's hoping you raised plenty of money. The Vampire was the icing on the cake!
